It was a pleasure to present Xogo at the 2021 Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC), and we were honored to be selected "Best Social Enterprise"! We were selected after a process that narrowed down more than 100,000 companies from over 200 countries. Xogo was one of the startups selected to pitch at one of the National Finals events organized and judged by local entrepreneurship organizations across six continents, and we then flew to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to present as a Top 25 finalist at the World Finals, where we won the Social Enterprise award.
Our Co-Founder and CEO, Ray Abel, presented to a hall packed with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and event judges from around the world. The judges included Reem Goussous, Managing Director of Endeavor Jordan, Musaab Almuhaideb, Chair of Seedra Ventures, Carsten Kølbek, Co-founder of Rainmaking, and Ahmad Al Shugairi of Aram Alehsan Holdings.
