We recently had the honor of participating in the GIST Catalyst competition at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in The Hague, Netherlands. Hosted by the US Department of State and the government of the Netherlands, the event drew over 2,000 entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and other participants to the World Forum in The Hague.
To reach the semifinals, we completed several stages of competition—from a 90 second pitch video to a global public voting round.
We’re extremely grateful for this wonderful experience. During our time in the Netherlands, we met the Deputy Secretary of HHS, visited the US Ambassador’s house in The Hague, and ate some raw herring—a local delicacy that wasn’t quite my taste.
